General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts, bookings and services provided through Lernraum Greifensee.
2. Registration & Participation
Registration for courses is binding and can be done in writing or online. By registering, you accept these terms and conditions.
3. Course implementation
Courses will only take place if there are sufficient participants. Lernraum Greifensee reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Terms of payment
The course fee is due in full upon receipt of the invoice or according to the agreed installments. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge late fees and exclude the participant from the course.
5. Withdrawal & Cancellation
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the course. Cancellations made later or discontinuing the course will result in the full course fee being due. Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases (e.g., medically confirmed illness) and after an individual assessment.
6. Class cancellation
Lessons missed by the instructor will be rescheduled or refunded. Participants who fail to attend are not entitled to a refund or rescheduling.
7. Liability
Lernraum Greifensee assumes no liability for damage, loss, or accidents during lessons or on the way there and back.
8. Data protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
9. Changes
Lernraum Greifensee reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version on the website applies.
